When macOS is running as a guest operating system in a virtual
machine created by the Virtualization framework and configured with an
AppleVirtualPlatformHIDBridge device,
AppleVirtualPlatformHIDBridge instantiates and
manages virtual input devices on behalf of the host.
AppleVirtualPlatformHIDBridge first appeared in macOS 13.
